Dance Injuries and Rehabilitation
The Leeds Back Pain Centre runs physiotherapy and sports massage, for people who are suffering from repetitive strain injury from over use through dance.
The demands on the body as a whole can take its toll when a dancer continues to exercise and practice, often knowing something is not quite right. We at The Leeds Back Pain Centre are aware of the ever-growing need to educate dancers for early physio intervention as it is so important to catch the injury in its infancy. Sometimes mild injuries can grow into more severe and chronic cases if left untreated.
